Refund & Replacement Policy At A2GheePune.com, we are committed to delivering pure, high-quality products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the perishable nature of our ghee and food products, we follow a limited refund and replacement policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions: * You received a damaged, leaked, or tampered package * The wrong product was delivered * Product is missing from the shipment * You received an expired or spoiled item (with valid proof)

2. Conditions for Claim To process your request: * Notify us within 24 hours of delivery * Share your Order ID, clear photos, and an unboxing video (if possible) * Email us at [support@a2gheepune.com] Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

3. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases: * Change of mind or dislike of taste/aroma * Opened, used, or partially consumed products * Orders placed with incorrect address or contact details *As ghee is a consumable product, we cannot accept returned items for hygiene and safety reasons.*

4. Refund Process Once your claim is verified and approved: * Refund will be issued to your original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, etc.) within 5–7 business days * Or, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no extra cost For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if approved) will be done via UPI or bank transfer.

5. Order Cancellations * Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch * Once shipped, cancellation is not possible To cancel, email us immediately at [support@a2gheepune.com] with your order ID.

6. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund: * Check your bank/UPI account again * Contact your payment provider * If still not received after 7 business days, contact us
